Hey Zork – how are you getting on with that C.I.E.P. proofreading course we booked you on three months ago? Course? I am hearing nothing of this... Really? Okay, I'll look into it for you. FOUR DAYS LATER... Okay – because the course was ordered by our purchasing department, the login details should have gone to their inbox, not yours. ...Should have? Er, yeah. Except they made a typo in their own email address on the booking form, so the notifications didn't reach us at all. Sounds like what you need is a proofreader.
